Contributing

Contributions of every size are welcome, from typo fixes to database adapters.

Before you start

For anything substantial, open an issue first so effort is not wasted. The repository's CONTRIBUTING.md has the full guide, and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md applies everywhere.

Checks

Your change should pass all of these:

pnpm typecheck
pnpm lint
pnpm test
pnpm build

Project rules

• Never describe a feature as working until it does. Mark unfinished work as planned, in the product and the docs.
• Keep secrets on the server and out of logs.
• Code that touches data goes through repository interfaces, never a driver.
• Report security problems privately, as described in SECURITY.md.
