Presenters

Presenters lists your on-air team. A profile has a name, photo URL, biography, social links and a status of Active, On hiatus or Inactive.

Assign presenters to shows from the show's form on the schedule. A presenter's page lists their shows.

A presenter cannot be deleted while assigned to a show. Remove them from those shows first, or set them to Inactive to keep their history.

Owners and administrators can manage presenters. Others can view the list.

The presenter dashboard

Give someone the Presenter role, then open their profile here and choose their account under Login account. When they sign in, they land on their own dashboard with:

• Their next show and a countdown, or what they are on air with now
• Their shows for the next two weeks
• Peak and average listeners for their last show
• What is playing, the live listener count and a button to open the Studio
• Shoutouts waiting for approval

They can edit their own photo, biography and social links from there. Their name and status stay with you. Owners and administrators can open the same page from the menu if they present too.

Active and on-hiatus presenters have a public profile at /presenters/their-name. Inactive presenters are hidden from the public site.
