Team Notices

Team Notices puts a message at the top of your team's dashboards, such as a change to the rota, a studio rule or a reminder before a big show. Owners and administrators post them.

Posting a notice

Open Team Notices, write a title and a message, and choose who sees it. Leave every role unticked for the whole team. Owners always see every notice.

You can set a date to take it down, or delete it yourself.

What your team sees

A notice appears on everyone's home page in the dashboard, including the presenter and writer dashboards, and rings their notification bell. Each person can dismiss it once they have read it, which hides it for them only.

Anyone who chose Team notices under Your account also gets it by email. Whoever posted the notice is not sent it, by bell or by email.
