Adding someone

Open User Management, enter a name, email and role, and select Add user. Auvyra shows a temporary password once. Copy it and send it to them securely. They can change it from the account menu, under Change password.

Managing accounts

Owners and administrators can change a person's role, reset their password, disable their account or delete it. Disabling or resetting takes effect immediately, because it ends their active sessions.

Each person shows whether they use two-factor sign-in. Reset two-factor turns it off for someone who lost their phone and their recovery codes, so they can set it up again.

To protect your station:

• Nobody can change or remove their own account here
• Administrators can only manage editors, presenters and viewers
• Only owners can create or promote administrators and owners

Disable someone rather than deleting them if you want to keep their name on what they wrote.

Team Members

Team Members lets everyone see who has access and what their role is.
