Scheduling
Your editorial show schedule.
Schedule shows the week as a grid in your station's time zone. On a phone it becomes a day-by-day list. Use the arrows to move between weeks, and select a show to edit it.
Adding a show
Select Add show, then enter a name, presenters, start date, time, length and time zone.
Choose Every week for a recurring show and pick its days, or Does not repeat for a one-off. Tick Special event to highlight it on the grid. A recurring show can have an end date.
Visibility controls whether it appears: On the schedule, Draft or Archived.
Cancelling or moving one broadcast
Add an exception to change a single date without touching the rest. Cancelled removes that broadcast. Moved changes its start time or length.
Time zones
A show keeps its wall-clock time in its own time zone, so a 20:00 show stays at 20:00 when the clocks change. Its position on the grid is shown in your station's time zone.
A show that crosses midnight appears on both days.
Separate from AzuraCast
This is your editorial schedule: what you tell listeners is on. AzuraCast's playlist scheduling controls what actually plays. They are deliberately independent, so changing a show here does not change your audio.
Your website shows the same grid at /schedule, without any editing, and the homepage shows what is on now and next.
