Find out when something needs your attention.
The bell at the top of the dashboard shows what has happened since you last looked. It checks for news every 30 seconds while the page is open. Select an entry to go straight to it, or Mark all as read to clear the count.
What you are told about
You only see what you are allowed to open.
| Alert | Who sees it |
|---|---|
| New contact messages | Owners and administrators |
| New applications | Owners and administrators |
| Shoutouts waiting for approval | Presenters and above |
| Comments waiting for approval | Presenters and above |
| New listener accounts | Editors and above |
| The station going off air, and coming back | Owners and administrators |
Shoutouts and comments only raise an alert when they are waiting for you, so turning off approval also turns off these alerts. Auvyra checks whether your station is on air every five minutes.
Reading is tracked per person, so marking something as read does not clear it for your team. The last 200 alerts are kept.
Alerts by email
Once email is set up, open Your account and tick what you want emailed to you. Everything starts off, and each person chooses for themselves.
